Cocido Stew Croquettes, 1kg

These croquettes are a celebration of the famous Spanish stew Cocido. The creamy bechamel sauce is flavoured with chicken broth, cured ham and vegetables, formed in small balls, tossed in breadcrumbs and frozen. Ready for you to fry them until golden brown and enjoy with your loved ones.

Cocido Stew Croquettes are perfect for party food or a tapas dinner at home. Do not previously thaw, fry in hot oil (180ºC) until it's browned and leave to rest for 2 minutes.
