This membrillo paste is a sweet jelly made following a traditional Spanish recipe where fresh quince pulp, lemon juice and sugar are cooked over a slow fire. It is the perfect partner to any hard cheese, such as Manchego, creating an interesting sweet and savoury contrast. Our Dulce de Membrillo, Quince paste does not have any additives or preservatives.
