Cod croquetas are one of the most typical Spanish tapas. Filled with a creamy bechamel and fine bacalao, tossed in breadcrumbs, are ready to fry and enjoy. They are a delight for any fish lover. Do not previously thaw, fry in hot oil (180ºC) until it's browned and leave to rest for 2 minutes.
