Cut Green Beans (2.5kg) (Frozen)
Cut green beans are easy to cook and full of nutrition.
Two tablespoons of our cut green beans equates to one of your 5 a day.
Great source of folic acid and protein.
Prep:
The beans are cleaned and stones removed from the ground, the beans are then washed and cut. They are blanched with peroxidase-negative and cooled.
They are individually frozen.
Storage:
Kept frozen at 18 or cooler. Do not refreeze the product if the product has been thawed.
Cooking instructions:
Best cooked from frozen. Add the cut green beans to boiling water and cook over a gentle heat for approx 6-8 minutes. The cut green beans are suitable for preparation in the micro-wave.
